If you encounter issues with exporting CSV files from the RB2B dashboard, review the following common scenarios to find a solution.

1. No Email Received After Exporting a CSV

If you don't receive an email with your generated CSV export:

  • Cause: You may not be on the notification recipient list.

  • Solution: Check your notification settings by visiting Notifications Settings. Ensure your email is added to the recipient list.

2. Export Email States: "No Profiles for the Filter You Used"

If the email you receive says, "It looks like there were no profiles for the filter you used for the export."

  • Cause: This indicates that no profiles matched the filters or date range you selected.

  • Solution: Review the profiles collected during the chosen period on the Analytics page. Adjust the date range or filters and try exporting again.

3. Cannot Select Custom Range

At the present time, users do not have the ability to choose a custom date range for which to export profiles. They can, however, choose from the presets of: Today, Past 3 Days, Past 7 Days, Past 30 Days.

4. Cannot Generate an Export Greater Than 30 Days

At the present time, users do not have the ability to generate CSVs of profiles that were collected more than 30 days prior.
