Sending Only Hot Leads Tagged Visitors to Integrations

Updated this week

RB2B Pro users can limit your integration to only being sent visitors who have been tagged as matching specific Hot Leads filters.

Individual integrations can be sent different Hot Leads filters as well.

For example: this means that you can define one group of Hot Leads visitors and send those to Slack, and define another group and send those to Clay. Additionally, you can define a third group of Hot Leads visitors and send those specifically to HubSpot to align with your CRM goals.

Applying a Filter to An Integration

  1. Visit the Hot Leads tagging page in your dashboard by clicking the "Hot Leads Tagging" link under the "Tagging" heading or by visiting https://app.rb2b.com/filtering/hot_leads

  2. If you are creating a new tag, visit the Hot Leads Setup Guide. To edit an existing tag, click the three dot menu on the right and then click Edit. 3. To configure the HubSpot integration specifically, navigate to the integration settings and apply your predefined Hot Leads tag as a filter. This ensures only tagged contacts are synchronized with HubSpot.

Users are able to apply Hot Leads tags to integrations of their choosing. This will change the type of visitors that are sent to that integration and limit it to only those that match the applied Hot Leads tag(s).

Users are able to apply as many or as few Hot Leads tags to an active integration as they wish.

If a tag is not applied to an active integration it will continue to receive the regular, unfiltered stream of identified visitors.

Practical Tips for Applying Filters Effectively

  • Avoid overly restrictive filters: Narrow filters can reduce matched contacts, potentially limiting CRM efficiency.

  • Test and reassess filters periodically: Ensure your filter settings reflect current lead objectives to maximize contact alignment. By using these tips and integrating HubSpot workflow tools, you can optimize your contact management and engagement processes.
