How do I cancel my subscription?

To deactivate your company's RB2B account, click Subscription Details in your sidebar or visit https://app.rb2b.com/subscription/credit_usage.

Managing your RB2B account is straightforward, whether you want to temporarily cancel or permanently delete it. Below, you’ll find general guidelines for canceling or deleting your account, along with important considerations.

Canceling an account temporarily pauses your usage, while deleting permanently removes the account and its data.

From there, click "Cancel Account" in the on the righthand side of the screen.

Use your email and password to access the app, then navigate to Account Settings, and select the 'Cancel Account' option. Complete any required confirmation steps if prompted.

Note: Depending on the RB2B policy, account data might be retained for a specified period, allowing reactivation later if needed. Always review terms during cancellation to understand data retention policies.

You can re-activate your account at any time using this method.
