The CSV export feature is designed to include only 'complete' profiles, which are those that contain a user's LinkedIn profile. In contrast, the Profiles page displays both complete and incomplete profiles. As a result, the total number of profiles visible on the Profiles page will generally be higher than the number exported in the CSV file.
