Where do I log in?

After your account is created, you can log in at https://app.rb2b.com/login with your email address. We'll send you a secure single-use login link to access the dashboard.


Why can't I log in?

The Email Has Gone to Your Spam/Junk Folder

If you have attempted to login but haven't received the email, please check your spam/junk folder for the email.

The Email Has Been Quarantined By Your Email Servers

If you have checked your spam folder and cannot find our login email, it may have been quarantined at the email server level. Please contact your email administrator to check if emails from [email protected] are being quarantined. If they are, request that emails from this address be whitelisted to ensure future delivery.

Logging Into the Wrong Dashboard

Retention.com's direct-to-consume products have their own unique dashboard which is separate from RB2B's dashboard. It's not uncommon for someone to mistakenly attempt to log into the wrong dashboard.

Using the Wrong Email Address

You'll want to ensure that you're using the correct email address to log into the dashboard. If the email address that you're using does not match the one on your account, you will not be able to log in.

Email Has Bounced

If your email address has previously bounced when RB2B attempted to send an email, RB2B will stop sending to that address to prevent further bounces. If you believe your email address has been incorrectly flagged, please contact our support team. They will investigate the issue and, if necessary, remove your address from the bounce protection list.


The Magic Link Does Not Work

Login Alternatives for Microsoft Outlook Users with SafeLinks

Some Microsoft Outlook users experience login issues when their IT infrastructure uses Microsoft SafeLinks. This feature, part of Microsoft Defender for Office 365, scans URLs within emails to protect users from malicious sites or files. However, it can also inadvertently cause login problems.


What does the error "Unable to send login email sent to [email address]" mean when I try to log in?

Oops! It looks like the email address you entered might not be registered in our system. If you’re seeing the error message 'Unable to send login email sent to [email address],' please double-check the email address for any typos. If you continue to experience issues, it might be worth trying an alternate email address you may have used to register.


I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Accounts do not have passwords. RB2B is passwordless and uses a secure magic link or 6 digit authentication code during login.
