You can easily update key account details such as your company name and timezone directly within your RB2B dashboard. Follow the steps below for each update.
Changing the Company Name on Your Account
If your business has rebranded or you need to correct your company name, you can update it at any time in your account settings.
To change your company name:
Navigate to the bottom-left corner of your RB2B dashboard.
Click the Account Details button to open the dropdown menu.
Select Account Settings.
Under the General tab, locate the Company Name field.
Enter your new company name.
Click Save Changes in the bottom-right corner to apply the update.
Once saved, your new company name will appear across your account, including invoices, reports, and integrations where applicable.
Changing Your Account’s Timezone
Your timezone setting ensures that reports, visitor activity, and usage data are displayed in your local time. If you’ve relocated or need to correct this setting, you can easily adjust it.
To change your timezone:
Navigate to the bottom-left corner of your RB2B dashboard.
Click the Account Details button to open the dropdown menu.
Select Account Settings.
Under the General tab, find the Timezone field.
Select your desired timezone from the dropdown list.
Click Save Changes in the bottom-right corner to confirm your update.
Your account will immediately begin displaying all timestamps (such as visitor activity and logs) in the newly selected timezone.
