Why did I stop collecting profiles?
Why did I stop collecting profiles?
Updated over a week ago

If you stopped collecting profiles and haven't made any changes to the script implementation on your website, it is highly likely that one of two things has happened:

If you are on the Free plan

If you're on the free plan and stopped collecting profiles, it's highly likely that you reached your monthly collection cap of 200 profiles.

If you exceed your monthly credit limit of 200, your collection will immediately cease and will reset at the beginning of the next billing cycle. If you have hit your collection cap and want to resume collection, please consider an RB2B Pro plan with a higher monthly cap.

Visit your credit usage page to see your usage and when your billing cycle resets.

Visit your subscription page to upgrade to a Pro plan that meets your credit needs.

If you recently completed your trial

If your account suddenly stopped collecting profiles it could be related to your trial of our Pro plan coming to a close.

When the trial ended, if you did not choose a plan to continue using, your account would have been suspended for inactivity.

It's easy to turn back on, however. All you need to do is go to the Plan Options page in the dashboard and select a plan, paid or free, to reenable your service.
