RB2B allows you to view the recent login activity of any user on your company account. This feature can help you verify when and where users have accessed the dashboard — useful for security checks, account audits, or troubleshooting access issues.
How to View a User’s Login History
To see a user’s login details:
Navigate to the bottom-left corner of your RB2B dashboard.
Click the Account Details button to open the dropdown menu.
Select Account Settings.
Open the Users tab to see the list of all users associated with your company account.
Locate the user whose login history you wish to view.
Click the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of their user card.
Select Login History from the dropdown menu.
A modal window will appear showing that user’s recent login activity.
Information Displayed
The login history modal includes the following details for each recorded session:
Date and time of the login
IP address used at the time of access
Operating system (e.g., macOS, Windows, iOS)
Browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Edge)
This information can help you confirm legitimate access patterns or detect unusual activity.
Important Notes
Login records are limited to the most recent activity and may not include older sessions.
RB2B automatically logs all user access to help ensure account transparency and security.
