Testing Your Reply.io Integration
Updated over 3 months ago

To test your Reply.io integration, follow these steps:

  1. Enter the Reply.io Webhook URL: Locate the input field designated for the Pitchlane Webhook URL.

  2. Enter the URL of your Reply.io Webhook and click the "Save" button to save it.

  3. Send a Test Event: After saving the URL, click the "Send a Test Event To Your Reply.io Account" button. This action will send a test payload to the provided URL, simulating the data that would be sent during actual use.

  4. Monitor Feedback: Observe the top right corner of your screen for feedback and error messages. These notifications will inform you whether the test event was successful or if there were any issues with the integration.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your Reply.io integration with RB2B is functioning correctly.
