Access Subscription Page
Click the Plan Details & Usage link in your sidebar menu by clicking the Account Details button.
Alternatively, visit the subscription page at https://app.rb2b.com/subscription.
Choose Your Plan
Paid Plan: Retain your favorite integrations and features and benefit from a higher monthly usage cap.
Payment Options: Choose a monthly rate with credits reallocated at the beginning of each billing cycle or an annual discounted rate with all credits for the year provided upfront.
Free Plan: Monthly cap of 150 credits and Slack.
Estimate Your Usage
A notice above the plan options will provide an estimate of your monthly credit usage to help you select the appropriate plan.
Select Plan
Choose Free Plan and click the Next button.
Review and Confirm
On the confirmation page, review your current plan and the new plan.
Finalize Your Change
Click Confirm Plan Change at the bottom of the screen to finalize your downgrade to RB2B Free.
This will immediately subscribe you to RB2B Free with a monthly credit cap of 150 and no features or integrations aside from Slack.
